In the past ten years or so, there has been a constant major tactical evolution happening in front of our eyes. There were always innovators in the past too, but right now everyone is more or less innovators. In the past someone had to be an ideologist to dare threaten the status quo and try to invent something new. But in the modern era, given the tactical and statistical tools available, everything is much easier – you don’t need to be an ideologist to use them, you only need to be initially curious and then hard-working and patient enough to dig out the required information, analyse it from a context point of view and then think about how you could use it for your and your team’s benefit.

In the modern era the knowledge is openly available for everyone who seeks it. And as the saying goes – more people means more ideas. More ideas means more approaches and counter-approaches. That constant battle for superiority is the driving power behind every single evolution.
