Ibrahim Sangare has been linked with top clubs in England – namely Liverpool and Chelsea, but also Manchester United 🙂 ! – Ed). The 24-year-old has three years left in his contract, but has a release clause of around  €35m (£29.7m) and is keen on a move to these shores from Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.

The Ivory Coast international is a central midfielder by trade, but possesses the versatility to play in different positions across the midfield. He arrived in the Netherlands to play for PSV from French side Toulouse in September 2020. Since then, he has been one of the key members for the 24-time Dutch champions, helping them win a cup double in the recently-concluded season.

Sangare has played 88 games in all competitions for PSV, scoring five goals and assisting six, while amassing 7200+ minutes. Availability has been one of his key traits. Since arriving in the Netherlands, the 24-year-old has missed only four games in two seasons due to injury/covid.
