What a difference a game makes. I was at the derby, and it was a brilliant occasion. It reminded me of all of the reasons I support Liverpool, and also strengthens an argument I have been making for some time as to why I believe Gerrard is our best ever (another article Ed!). After the game, I bumped into Alan Smith and Geoff Shreeves in the hotel bar, but high on euphoria and after a few beers I thought it best not to challenge them about the Sky coverage of Liverpool.
