As per multiple reports, Red Bull Salzburg forward Karim Adeyemi has been on Liverpool’s radar for some time now. Many say the 19-year-old could be Merseyside-bound either in the January or during the summer transfer window.

Adeyemi is a forward who is flexible to play in either of the positions across the front line, although he is predominantly a centre-forward. The teenager has 25 goals and 17 assists in 72 appearances for Salzburg in all competitions since joining them from SpVgg Unterhaching U19s (German Youth league team) in 2018 and after spending a year on loan at Austrian side FC Liefering.

The now German international has played most of his Salzburg games as a centre-forward, and has been used as a left-winger or as a second striker as well, though he has explored all the positions across the front-line for Germany, including playing as a right-winger.

Below, we have a detailed scout report on the player with the help of Wyscout. There will be some Squawka comparative tables, juxtaposing his season as a striker with some of the best marksmen across top European leagues. Then we will look at the possibility of Liverpool getting him.
