In the cold light of day it probably is, but taken in the context of Chelsea getting Reece James sent off on the stroke of half-time after preventing a clear goal, then three points was expected. Of course, trying to break down a side with ten men is tough, and as Klopp said, it didn’t mean the Blues had one less player in defence, it just meant they had one player missing for their counterattacks. Anyway, in terms of the underlying stats, it wasn’t even close and the Reds were better on most metrics.
