After an excellent first half when the Reds should have been home and dry after Brighton’s goalkeeper Mat Ryan was impressive, it was a tale of the Reds’ goalkeeper instead who changed the dynamic of the game. His sending off allowed Graham Potter’s side to get back into the game, with a little help from the referee – but once the away team scored they barely created anything else.
