For the last two seasons I have been monitoring ‘Goal Involvement’, which looks at who played a part in the creation and scoring of a goal (going beyond the assist and goalscorer). It’s a handy way of seeing which players contribute in less obvious ways (such as winning the ball that leads to a goal), and seeing which areas of the pitch are the most fruitful.

This is a look at the current season’s tallies, and how many goals each player has been involved in on a per-minutes basis.
