2018 Champions League finalists (!!!!!!)
Liverpool face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday – 4.30pm kick off UK time – knowing that even a defeat would still leave our Champions League qualification for next season (via the league) in our own hands so long as we beat Brighton at Anfield on the final day.
A win would seal our place in the top four with a game to spare, while a draw will all but mathematically guarantee us a 4th place finish even if we lost to Brighton at Anfield on the final day, due to our superior goal difference over Conte’s side (+43 compared to +26).
