If this match goes ahead – and at the moment it still is – Liverpool and Arsenal will meet at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday evening – 7.45pm kick off UK time – for a place in the League Cup final against Chelsea, with the final scheduled to take place on February 22.
The two sides played out a 0-0 draw in the first leg, leaving the 2nd leg finely balanced, although it remains to be seen if Arsenal will find enough players to take to the field, despite having nine players out on loan, with Folarin Balogun the latest to temporarily joining Middlesbrough, whilst left-back Sead Kolasinac has also departed.
