Of course, trying to break down a side with ten men is tough, and as Klopp said, it didn’t mean the Blues had one less player in defence, it just meant they had one player missing for their counterattacks. Anyway, in terms of the underlying stats, it wasn’t even close and the Reds were better on most metrics.
