The first international break is behind us and to make up for the lack of meaningful football over the past two weeks, Liverpool play seven matches in 23 days, starting with a trip to Wembley to face Tottenham on Saturday; 12.30pm kick off UK time. Followed by PSG, Southampton, Chelsea twice, Napoli and Man City!

The 1-4 defeat in the corresponding fixture last season was the low point of the last campaign, resulting in Dejan Lovren being substituted after 31 minutes with the Reds 0-2 down before going in at the break 1-3 down. Liverpool had prevented the opposition from scoring in just four matches from the 15 played up to and including that defeat to Spurs, conceding 24 goals. Following that match, the Reds kept 19 clean sheets in 41 matches (conceding 39) en-route to finishing 4th and reaching the Champions League final.
