Here at The Tomkins Times, we’re always looking for new ideas – and here’s another.

We’re introducing a Player of the Month award, and, as is TTT’s wont, it won’t always necessarily be presented to the most eye-catching or headline-grabbing star. It would be easy to highlight Mané’s three goals or Firmino’s pair of assists in August, Alisson’s saves and dribbling skills or van Dijk’s defensive composure, but it’s always more interesting to dig a little deeper.

We all need to be loved, so let’s a share a little love around the Liverpool squad!
