The 25th of May should be a date that’s ingrained on every Liverpool supporter’s heart. The date we won Ol’ Big Ears twice, on arguably – no unarguably – the two most special occasions in our European history.

The first one was – well, because it was the first one. May 25th 1977, Rome. The day Liverpool became European champions for the first time.
