Liverpool head into the 231st Merseyside derby on the back of a scintillating 3-0 victory over Manchester City in the Champions League quarter-final first leg on Wednesday evening. With the second leg just three days after the trip to Goodison Park on Saturday – 12.30pm kick off UK time – it will be interesting to see what team Klopp selects.
The Reds are ten points clear of Chelsea who sit 5th but Conte’s side have a game in hand so the Reds know four wins from the final six league games will guarantee a top four finish and entry into next season’s Champions League.
