Liverpool are becoming something of a draw specialist with the 0-0 stalemate with West Brom our seventh drawn match in the Premier League and our 10th in all competitions this season. That’s seven draws from 17 league games and three draws from six in the Champions League.
It’s fair to say Liverpool did more than enough to win all 10 of those matches, so it’s incredibly frustrating to see where we could be with a bit more fortune on our side, better officiating and more clinical finishing.
The Reds travel to Bournemouth on Sunday – 4.30pm kick off UK time – in what will be just the 5th league meeting between these two sides. Eddie Howe’s side suffered a 0-1 defeat to Manchester Utd at Old Trafford on Wednesday and are without a win in five league matches, drawing three and losing two since the 4-0 home win over Huddersfield on November 19.
