Well that was annoying.

The players seemed as nervous trying to break down the most effective bus we’ve seen parked at Anfield all season as the fans in the crowd trying to cheer on what was happening on the pitch. I’ll be honest. I was the same watching at home. In my head I was seeing well-timed throughballs for willing forward runners; I was imagining silky skills to beat a man, first time whipped in cut backs and clinical finishes at the end. Instead, I saw plenty of shots from outside the box. Like a collective team effort to outdo Emre Can’s goal against Watford. We attempted 17 shots, and only five were inside the penalty area. That’s a terrible ratio.
