Part One by Gary Fulcher.
Liverpool’s struggles against teams outside the top seven continued on Wednesday evening as the Reds drew 2-2 with Bournemouth at Anfield. That result means six points separates the Reds in 3rd and Arsenal (5th) and Man Utd (6th), with both sides having two games in hands on Liverpool.
Next up is a trip to Stoke for a fun filled encounter at the Britannia bet365 Stadium on Saturday afternoon – 3pm kick off UK time – where rainbows, fluffy rabbits and chocolate covered corner flags wait to greet the Reds.
With only Arsenal having a similarly tricky fixture on paper as the Reds (they travel to a revitalised Crystal Palace on Monday evening), any slip up could see us drop down to 4th and the gap to the teams outside the top four reduced with just six games left after this fixture.
