‘Tis The Season To Be Crazy

‘Tis The Season To Be Crazy

It has felt like a fairly bonkers start to the Premier League season, as far as the three clear title favourites are concerned.

Has a gap been left open for Liverpool to exploit? – at least in terms of crashing the top four party. Talk of the title should be banned, as there’s clearly a lack of that type of quality (and you just don’t jump from 7th to 1st), but 13 points after six games is great going, even if performances haven’t necessarily convinced.

Sitting second after six matches, ahead of Chelsea and City, and with United in the bottom half of the table, wasn’t what we were expecting when the Reds kicked off the season without Suarez, but the Uruguayan’s return could not have been better timed; as demonstrated at the Stadium of Light.
